PCRP Rules

If you are part of our community (game, media accounts, etc.) then you hereby agree to the following; 

1. Community

1.1 Must be above the age of 15.

1.2 Must speak English fluently.

1.3 Only permitted staff may use any mass mention role.

1.4 No nudity, gore, or any other NSFW. Racial, homophobic, or any slur or form of a slur is not allowed. Regardless of who you are or identify as.

9.5 Staff are entitled to global ban / ban anyone when they please if they don't find actions acceptable.

1.6 Refrain from excessive swearing.

1.7 Intentionally trolling, griefing, or not rping (NITRP) is not allowed.

1.8 Circumventing rules/bans or using loopholes is not tolerated.

1.9 Posts must be in their respective channels, and no messages should be spammed. e.g. support topics posted in support channels, gifs in off topic, etc.

1.10 Staff have final say. Not listening to, lying, or arguing with staff will result in staff action. Any issues should be resolved in tickets. Proof is not required to be shown to offender or to take action.

1.11 Pinging or DMing staff for unnecessary reasons can result in disciplinary action. (e.g. questions that are in faq , things that should be opened in tickets, etc.) 

1.12 Any conflicts outside the community with members can be punishable.*

1.13 No advertising of any kind within the server or unsolicited in DMs. Joining and/or failing to report an advertised community can lead to staff action.

1.14 Never impersonate staff or another member. (Mini modding)

1.15 All names must be mentionable.

1.16 No political, religious, or any other sensitive topic.

1.17 No refunds. Any refund/back-charge will result in an automatic ban. Trades available.

1.18 Disrespecting, bullying, threatening, or slandering members, staff, departments, or the server is not tolerated.

1.19 By being in the PCRP community and/or playing on our server, you agree to being audio recorded. This may be used for social media applications (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Any clips and/or pictures posted in our community of our server may be used for social media.

1.20 False staff/IA reports can result in a ban.

1.21 Creating tickets for invalid/no reason is punishable. Tickets that go inactive will be closed without notice or resolution.

1.22  Doxing or giving away anyone's personal information or any sensitive information is prohibited.

1.23 You can only be the 01 or 02 of one major department. Major departments include; SASP, BCSO, LSPD, SAFD, and CC. Any staff or high command member of any department cannot be in whitelisted departments, staff, or high command in other communities.

1.24 Members who have the ability to manage roles may not give anyone roles they should not have. Anyone caught giving roles to themselves or others that that should not have will receive a minimum of 1 week ban.

1.25 Chain of Command (COC) should be followed where prevalent. Do not go directly to higher ups when it is not necessary for both staff and departments.

1.26 "Hangout Discords" are allowed but a CM and up must be in it. Any hangout discord that has 3 or more PCRP members and a CM up is not present falls under 1.13 and subject to blacklist.

2. Civilian

2.1 Failure to register in CAD will result in a 30 second jail time. Continuing to not be registered will result in exponentially higher jail times.

2.2 You may not activate a business, gang, or department without being the proper tier CC or without applying to that department. A gang classifies as; one or more people claming to be in a gang, or, a group of people who wear similar clothes, drive similar vehicles, and commit illegal activities together.

2.3 You can not start fires unless you are a part of the fire department or a Tier 2 CC.

2.4 Emergency personal baiting (cop baiting) is not allowed.

2.5 No emergency personnel impersonation or stealing/driving emergency vehicles unless a CC and follow your guidelines.

2.6 No creating priority calls during priorities in progress, priority cool down, or priorities on hold. A priority is creating a scene that requires a large emergency personnel presence. Such as shooting, robbing a bank, etc. Cars can still be stolen passively but if caught you must stop.

2.7 Only passive RP in green zones. Green Zones classify as Spawn Points, Police Stations, Fire Stations, Hospitals etc.

2.8 Must uphold Value of Life RP. Must fear for life when faced with a deadly threat.

2.9 New Life Rule. You may not return to the same scene after you've died.

2.10 No unrealistic driving (GTA Driving).

2.11 Must use /me to get large weapons as an AR or Shotgun. Being at the trunk or door of a vehicle is also acceptable.

2.12 No Being in RTO for use of Police Scanner. Civilians are not allowed in RTO/TS.

2.13 When scheduling a court case role play scenario both parties must agree to do a court RP.

2.14 No reviving others as a civilian. You may revive yourself if a scene is clear. If someone else dies either have them wait to /revive, call 911, or /report if it was accidental.

2.15 You must be a Tier 2 CC to use full auto, full auto like patterns, or tasers (Use 'K' to switch to burst or single fire). Using blacklisted weapons is prohibited. You can tell if a weapon is blacklisted if you are not able to equip it from F1 (meaning not pulled from saved load outs).

2.16 No default peds out of spawn. You must change to a different ped than the one you spawn with.

2.17 You are not allowed to run when PCD hits 0 unless the scene has been going on longer than 5 minutes.

2.18 You are not allowed to interfere with scenes that aren’t yours unless the one who initiated it requested. Interfering can be considered; following behind a vehicle responding code, going to a scene that takes attention away from those who initiated, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, etc. 

2.19 Bomb, hitman, or suicide RP is not allowed unless you are a CC and follow those guidelines. Terrorism RP is not allowed.

2.20 Boats are not allowed to be driven unless you are a CC or own a boat pack.

2.21 Causing too many priorities can make you a Priority Blocker. If you’re a Priority Blocker, you cannot start any priority or it results in an automatic 24 hour ban.

2.22 Only authorized personnel may use door codes on duty. Off duty officers or personnel who know the code may not use it as a civilian.

2.23 LEO cars cannot be used as civilian cars unless it is a unmarked donator and your are a Tier 2 CC.

2.24 Any LEO or SAFD member caught with a felony will be terminated and put on a 2 week hire hold.

2.25 You may not be an external source to an existing scene, such as sniping from a roof.

2.26  Staff have discretion to stop RP that can only be enjoyed by the person creating the scene. (Sh*t RP)

3. Server

3.1 You must have a working mic to be within the server. Push to Talk (PTT) must be enabled for In-game and RTO. Push to mute is recommended for those in Discord voice channels. No mic spam. If staff finds it annoying or loud it can count as mic spam. E.g. playing music through your mic.

3.2 The use of staff commands is prohibited. A staff command is any server altering command. Such as Priorities, mass revives, etc. If you’re unsure if it’s a staff command, do not use it.

3.3 Breaking character unnecessarily or any form of fail RP is not tolerated.

3.4 Use of color or symbols in any context is reserved for staff only.

3.5 No RDM, VDM, or any other form of unnecessary killing.

3.6 No driving or using donator, armored, or weaponed vehicles. Just because you have it saved doesn't mean to use it. Other vehicles are blacklisted, if you spawn it and it deletes, it means it's not for you to use. Circumventing this will lead to staff action.

3.7 Meta gaming, combat logging, or leaving to avoid punishment (LTAP) is not tolerated.

3.8 No one should be hospitalized for a longer period than /revive (120 seconds), unless they impose death or serious injury on emergency personnel. Then they can be hospitalized up to 600 seconds. No one can be jailed for longer than 600 seconds without Judge approval.

3.9 No teleporting. You can speed to AOP but LEO have the right to stop and cite anyone.

3.10 Using glitches, exploits, mod menus, and/or developer tools (other than “Clear area”) is prohibited.

3.11 Anyone in a whitelisted departments is required to have their call sign in their discord and in-game name. If you're in more than 3 departments, only have your 3 primary departments in your name. LEO, Fire, and CC are the most important departments that must be included over others. Must also follow server-info and use that format.

3.12 The use of high mounted interior lights (visor lights) and a light bar is prohibited for any LEO vehicle.

3.13 Transfers between LEO departments are available the first week of every month. 01s of both departments and IA must agree. Cannot be into a supervisor position unless IA approves.

3.14 No one is allowed to be out of AOP unless approved by staff for media purposes.

3.15 Any license in "pending" counts as a valid license.

3.16 Anyone flying any type of aircraft must be a member of FAA. This includes LEO and Fire air units.

3.17 Emergency personnel are required to have "Siren Park Kill" enabled and saved.

3.18 The Director or Deputy Director must be the owner of any document, discord, or application used for PCRP.

    3.19 Any member in a mind altered state are not premitied to be in the server.

Policies

By purchasing any donator vehicle(s), you agree to the following terms and policies; 

Vehicle Policies

All LEO's are required to read and understand all policies that will be listed below.

1. There must be 4 marked units of any department on at any time in order to have 1 unmarked vehicle. (1/4 Ratio)

2. All unmarked vehicles must follow the SOP for their department (EX: Color , Extra's, Pursuit policy.)

3. Unmarked vehicles are not permitted to perform any pit maneuvers at any time.

4. Breaking any Unmarked Vehicle Policies will result in a permanent ban from driving unmarked vehicles.

5. Breaking any of these policies will result in your permissions to drive the vehicle to be revoked at any time.

6. You may not share the spawn code with any member or friends in PCRP, The car you purchased is your car no one else's.

7. No donation vehicles are allowed to pit in a pursuit unless a ram bar is attached.

8. High command has the permission to revoke any one's driving unmarked privileges at any time.

9. You must uphold the proper rank in your department in order to drive the vehicle you purchased.

10. Donating does not entitle you to special privilege or exempt you from disciplinary actions.  

11. To drive an LEO donator as a civ, you must be a Tier 2 Certified Civilian

12. There must be a 1:1 ratio for caged to uncaged vehicles

(Exceptions are made at the discretion of your command.)

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS

Trading/ Exchanging

Trades are allowed at the digression of donation managers. No more than 1 trade within 30 days. Trades can only be one vehicle/pack for one vehicle/pack. The price of the original can't be split and traded between others. Sale prices and coupons do not apply to trades. Trades cannot be made with other people. Trades can be less, the same, or more than the original one. If the vehicle you want to trade is less, you would take a loss from it. If its more, the remaining amount has to be paid through Contribute. You must fill out the Trade Request Form to start a trade. Do not open a ticket for trades.

If you have left the discord for more than 30 days, you then forfeit the right to use any purchased donator vehicles.
